be  HOUSE  BILL NO.  213,  "An  Act  relating to  initiative  and

Representative  Berkowitz voted  against it.   Therefore,  HB 213                                                               
was reported out  of the House Judiciary Standing  Committee by a                                                               
vote of 4-1.
